Procter and Gamble Corporate Engineering is looking for a talented engineering resource to become a technical leader within the European region for our Plants and facilities. This role offers an opportunity to work across a wide range of manufacturing facilities developing cost effective and safe power distribution solutions which enable growth and profitability for our P&G businesses in the region. You will also have the opportunity to work across regional boundaries and partner with other Engineering resources in a collaborative environment and become a contributing member of a larger global community of practicing engineers within P&G

Your responsibilities:

Developing and leading power system related scope on P&G projects and system improvements in the region.
Collaborate with a broader community located in all regions of the globe and assist in the implementation of global practices impacting system design and overall electrical safety.
Understanding project activities and identifying critical barriers which may hinder schedule and cost.
Provide on site support and coaching during critical project milestones.
Provide ownership of power related internal company practices guiding our engineering suppliers and plant sites.
Leading and influencing regional programs impacting safety and engineering processes
Capable of working with a small organization and flowing to the work as required too provide timely and superior support to our internal business customers.
Design management

Corporate and technical training coupled with personal one to one coaching will be provided to accelerate your professional and technical skill development and join up into P&G. This will enable you the opportunity to quickly deliver rewarding results for both you and P&G.

Opportunities exist for experienced candidates ranging in experience of 0 – 5 years as well those just starting their careers in engineering.

Your qualifications:

Degreed Electrical Engineer with an emphasis in Power related technology
Strong leadership skills coupled with a passion to share your knowledge broadly.
Proficiency in English is necessary: fluency in other languages an advantage.
Self starter with strong work ethic and work discipline
Awareness of power delivery equipment standards and installation requirements as well electrical code and regulations dictating legal requirements
Display and practice a customer focus mindset
Willing to travel regionally and internationally on occasions
Strong leadership skills
Ability to work effectively with others
