What’s internship about?

You’ll spend at least 2 month on full-time assignment in Procter&Gamble Rakona plant in Rakovník, Czech Republic.
You'll manage a specific project in your chosen area of our business. This is a “real life project”, not a case study or just a “try”.
You’ll become a part of a team since beginning of the internship. One of the experienced P&G managers will become your mentor helping you to get quickly on board.
You’ll be supposed to communicate frequently with other P&G locations and support departments.
The majority of projects are offered by production departments (detergents packing and making), logistics and quality assurance area. Some students experienced an internship in HR or technical systems department.
The topics of projects are changing according actual need in time of internship start-up. You can see some examples of topics on http://www.procter-gamble.cz.
The internship can start according to your schedule. We are ready to assign an interesting project at any stage of the year.
The internship can be organized as a part-time job. It should be at least 4 months long in such a case and the time spend in the plant should not be shorter then 2 days a week in average. We are flexible for arrangement of working time in line with student’s availability and project requirements.
